With the restrictions of social distancing and the financial impact of COVID-19 it may be harder than ever to take time away from your loved one. In July of 2019, Cornerstone Baptist church was awarded a grant from the PATH foundation in Warrenton, VA to build a ministry to support caregivers in our community through partnership, education, and advocacy. As the population of senior adults grows over the next few decades, more and more family members will be called upon to provide care for their loved ones. Caregiving can be a rewarding, yet challenging journey that is often unclear, unexpected, and at times very lonely.
